1. Are your hair bundles 100% virgin human hair?
Yes, absolutely. Every bundle is crafted from 100% unprocessed virgin Remy human hair. We ethically source raw materials and ensure all cuticles remain intact and strictly aligned in the same direction to guarantee a tangle-free experience. We promise: zero synthetic blends, no temporary silicone coatings, and no harsh acid baths.
2. What does "double drawn" actually mean?
Our double drawn standard means 80% or more of the strands in a bundle reach the full stated length. Short hairs have been mechanically removed. For even higher density, we also offer super-double drawn (95%+ uniform density, virtually no thin ends).
3. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sample orders so you can test quality, texture, and color in hand. Samples ship within 2 business days. Sample fees are deducted from your first bulk order.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 200g (2 bundles of 100g). For custom colors or private labeling, the MOQ may be slightly higher depending on the specification. Contact us for details.
5. How many colors do you stock?
We stock 30+ shades: natural blacks (#1B, #1A, #1), browns (#2, #2H, #2Q, #3, #4), blondes (#613, #60, #60C), fashion colors (Red, PLA01), and highlighted blends. Custom colors (balayage, ombre, piano, etc.) are available with a 7-14 day lead time.
6. What textures can you supply?
Deep wave, body wave, straight, loose wave, curly, and kinky textures are all available. All textures are steam-set, not chemically processed, so the pattern holds through washing and heat styling.
7. Can you do private labeling and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer full private-label service: custom packaging, branded care cards, batch labels, and barcode stickers — all handled in-house. Just provide your brand files.
8. How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom color or private-label orders typically ship within 7-14 days. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your own freight forwarder.
9. What if I receive a defective bundle?
We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on any unused, unaltered bundle. Inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if anything doesn’t meet our stated quality standards.
10. Do you also manufacture synthetic wigs?
Yes. In addition to human hair, we produce premium synthetic wigs and hairpieces using our proprietary fiber technology. Both human hair and synthetic lines run on the same 3,000m² factory floor with 5,000+ daily output capacity.
